Fixed the Book of Oblivion - It now deletes all quest progression as well.

Persistent location update
Persistent location is now fully automated.
Resting to save location is no longer required.
Note that if you logout while in a dungeon area, your location won't be saved and you will log back in to the previous location before you entered the dungeon.
In most cases it should be right in front of it.
