TheThird: Added the RULES section in the player UI (Check at the top of your screen),
TheThird: Fixed the remaining naked NPCs in Solace (Solace Treetop),
Nightblade: Adjusted XP requirement for the 40+ levels,
Nightblade: Fixed the Job Quest - Mine infestation - Goblin Ears should now drop properly,
DRZ: Bags of Holding have been removed from loot tables, but there will be a store to buy them, as well as 100% bags added to the legendary loot drop table.
DRZ: Testing is underway for possible changes to the Ranger class, will update once testing in completed regarding finalization.
DRZ: The rule regarding characters and the giving of items. The ruling is CL+10 is allowed. Anything beyond that will be against the rules and said items removed and warnings issued for the first offense. Further punishments will be levied for repeated violations.

Will be effective after the pending restart.
