Changed XP gain curve, made the XP gain curve from level 1-40 much less gradual and more flat (overall XP boost),
Removed Multiclass penality to XP gain,
Boosted RP chat XP gain,
Fixed some Creature CRs,
Fixed some illegal items and those that didnt have the proper ILR,
Fixed some stores
