A major thank you to Ava who has devoted a TON of time to helping me get these done for our players, without her this list would not be possible!

Please be advised that not all weapons and such will show up until you have the appropriate level to craft them!

Blacksmithing/Smelting:

You will need to level your mining, pickaxe or mining pick dependent if you have Martial weapon focus or not, smelting and weapon crafting skills.

You need either a miners pick/pickaxe to mine ore, you take it to a forge, I would recommend using the medium setting in the forge, you will also need a blacksmith's hammer to forge the ore you have smelted. Highest heat is easiest but gets you less ore, lowest heat is harder but gets you the most ore. Be advised that pickaxes do break so carry multiple.

Each weapon has a different ore cost and the different ore's give different bonuses

Ore Types (Not all are implemented as of yet):

Iron

Dull Copper

Shadow Iron

Copper

Bronze

Gold - Currently implemented to this point

Agapite

Verite

Valorite/Steel

Silver - Implemented

Mithril - Implemented

Damascus Steel (Adamantite)

Star Metal (Platinum)

Progression into Dull Copper/Silver starts at 65. Then every 5 points there after for the next hardest until you reach Verite at 95.0. Valorite requires 98. All skill level requirements and ore are being reviewed for adjustment.

Weapon Crafting:

Get a smiths hammer and go to an anvil, Select your ingot type, choose your weapon (which you can also examined for metals required and other materials needed) from the anvils list and it will begin smithing it out as long as you have the proper materials. You can smelt down crafted weapons though note that you may not get the same amount back as you invested into the weapon. All weapons you craft has your name on it so others know you crafted it.

Armor crafting requires hard or soft leather. Which in turn requires a different set of crafting skills.

Skinning - Requires a skinning knife (not sure if it can break) You kill the animals in the areas surrounding solace. You skin them and collect their pelts. The deer (as of right now) are the only animals that give meat that you can then use a tinderbox to make a campfire to cook it into food (cure critical wounds [has been buffed btw]) One meat equals 3 cooked food which stacks to 10. (no skill required for cooking on the campfire)

Curing Pelts - Requires kindling and tanners salt. Each hide requires a different amount of each. You take pelts to a tanning oven for process 1.

Tanning Pelts - Requires a cured hide, tanning salt and tannic acid. You take the materials to a tanning bath.

Leatherworking - Requires a tanned hide. For soft leather you need kindling and tanning oil. For Hard leather you need tanning oil and beeswax (currently not available), and take them to a leatherworking table.

Gem Crafting - Requires no tools. You find a gem quarry rock and just click on it to gather undetermined gemstones, or you may get them on occasion when mining ore. You need some acid(weak) then take the undetermined gemstones to a mineral bath to clean them, receiving between 1-6 rough gemstones.

Gem Polishing - Requires no tools, rough gemstones and three different types of grit (course, medium, and fine) and a gem tumbler. As of right now you must do gems one at a time with 30s intervals between each gem, (to be discussed about lessening the time between gems).

Gem Cutting - Requires no tools, polished gemstones and a gem cutters table. When successful you will get one of three types of cut gems. (poor, regular, or expert cut) Only expert cut gems are used for jewel crafting.

Jewel crafting - Requires no tools, an expertly cut gem, ingots of any type and a ring or necklace mold. Select the ore type you wish to use. Select the expert gem you wish to use. Have the mold in your inventory then select the ring or necklace patterns on the last tabs of the jewel crafters workbench. Expert cut gems are not required to make the rings/necklaces. You can use just the ingots to level up your jewel crafting skill before attempting it with your expert gems (as they will be lost if the process fails.)

Lumberjack - Requires either a woodcutters axe (requires martial prof.) or an orchid blade. You find a tree and hack at it to gather logs. The trees will eventually "run out" of logs but will respawn eventually.

Fletching - Requires no tools. Take your logs to fletching lathe and select if you want to make bolts or arrows. You can get either poor, normal, or expert arrow shafts. This will require Smithing to make arrow heads (this is not complete and cannot be done at this time)

Bowcrafting - Requires carpentry tools and logs. Take the logs to a bowyer's station and select your pattern to craft. (need to have longbow added)

Carpentry - Requires carpentry tools and logs. Go to a carpentry workbench, select your log type then your pattern.
