Fixes
- Re-added in old "Plains of Southland" areas since one of them had broken the mod. Fixed a few trans issues with those
- Further ILR adjustments
- Removed "no gold" restriction from normal stores
- Lowered overall buy price from stores
- Removed ability to sell arrows/bolts/bullets.
- Removed long cool down from crafting system.
