Tentative fixes
- Testing a fix for the DM server restart tool.
- Made the server restart messaging prettier.
- Added more time options for the DM server restart tool.
- The book of Oblivion (Character deletion tool) will now delete the profile instead of renaming it to avoid issues with re-using the same name afterward.
- When deleting a character, any entries in our database will also removed to avoid persistency issues (mount ownership, player vault, etc).
