Fixes

• Fixed issue with crafted item not giving correct tier item result

• Accidently increased crafting delay, reduced said delay by half

• Made all new legendries un-droppable, need essentially DM approval when transferring them.

• Fixed new solace crypt repeatable quests, items now drop inside as well

• Made Dracolich door shut and lock.

Tuning

• Reduced summon bonuses from level/feats

• Scaled the summon bonuses from feats to where most of the gains are from epic conjuration

• Continued ILR edits

• Buffed Wraith Guards

New Content

• Added more KoT faction gear (Items)

• Added new bard/cleric items (Items)

• Added KoT melee faction trooper (Npcs)

• Many new dungeons added, awaiting fine tuning before implementation (Dungeons)
