Feature Revamp - City NPC Spawn system
- Integrated a new spawn system for Cities (For now).
- Converted Solace Ground to the new system for a test run.
- This system allows much more control over NPCs and Spawns in general.
- Guards in Solace will now equip a torch at night and unequip it during the day.
- A standardized name color coding is applied to ensure consistency and so players know which NPC does what.
- Guard patrols are now controlled via this system which allows a more diverse array of actions.
- Commoners will now perform various actions spread across the city, making the city more lively.
- Commoners now have a spawn and de-spawn schedule. They will walk to their "home" to de-spawn and respawn the next day.
- Any NPC not on patrol will always return to their spawn origin (so they are not spread across the city after combat for instance).
