Rules Regarding Items
1) Soul Bound Weapons cannot be given to low level characters. (Below level 30)
2) Guild Items will NOT be given to any non-guild member. Excess gear should be sold back to the guild NPC or thrown away in a "trash can".
3) Transferring of powerful or unique items to a low level character will not be tolerated.
4) No Muling items between characters of the same account.
5) Any item with a perma immunity (this includes Freedom of Movement) is illegal, as well as full Heal pots and Full Res Scrolls. If any are found please report their location to any DM
6) No more than 5 bags of holding (this includes the personal bag of holding you get at character creation). Excessive bags increases server strain and lag.
7) Any item with Perma-Haste is illegal unless found from a boss drop or Legendary loot chest.
8) Do not pick up PC Properties item. Causes a server crash
9) The rule regarding characters and the giving of items. The ruling is CL+10 is allowed. Anything beyond that will be against the rules and said items removed and warnings issued for the first offense. Further punishments will be levied for repeated violations.
